How propdeed collects, uses and protects your personal information during rent agreement registration
When you use propdeed to register a rent agreement, we collect the following categories of information:

If you choose to submit your registration details via WhatsApp instead of our online form, we collect the same categories of information listed in Section 1.1 above as shared by you in the WhatsApp conversation. Our team uses these details to fill the registration form on your behalf. WhatsApp conversation logs containing your personal details are retained for up to 1 year (see Section 6 — Data Retention) and are accessible only to propdeed team members involved in your registration.
