📅 How milestones work: Tiers are calculated monthly and reset on the 1st of each month. Your reward rate for the month is determined by how many successful referrals you complete that month. Payouts are processed by the 7th of the following month via UPI.

Everything you need to know about the referral program

When do I receive my cash reward?+
Rewards are processed by the 7th of every month for all successful registrations completed in the previous month. Payment is made directly to your UPI ID.
What counts as a valid referral?+
A referral is valid when: (1) the referred person's mobile number and PAN are not already in our system, (2) the same property has not been registered through propdeed in the last 11 months, (3) the registration is fully completed and payment received. If two referrers submit the same person, only the first submission is credited.
How does the lifetime renewal reward work?+
Every time a contact you originally referred renews their rent agreement through propdeed — even years later — you earn ₹50. This is a lifetime benefit with no expiry. Renewal rewards are paid in the same monthly payout cycle.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?+
No limit at all. Refer as many people as you like. The more you refer each month, the higher your milestone tier and the more you earn per registration.
How is a duplicate referral detected?+
We verify uniqueness using the referred person's mobile number, PAN number, and property address. If any of these match an existing record from within the last 11 months, the referral is marked as a duplicate and is not eligible for a reward.
Can I use a discount on my own registration?+
Yes — simply mention your referral Partner ID when booking your own registration and we'll apply a ₹50 discount on your propdeed service fee.
